    After completing college and working in the corporate world for a few years, Heather decided to turn her passion into a career. Heather graduated from the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in Woburn, MA with a Master Esthetics Certificate in 2013. She has worked in both Boston, MA and New York City and is happy to be working in the Hudson Valley at Bodhi.  She specializes in customized skincare treatments and believes you can always have glowing skin with the proper home care regimen.

  • Kate Massa, LMT

    Kate is a New York State licensed massage therapist and graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness in
    Albany, New York. A compassionate and intuitive therapist, Kate uses a combination of Western,
    Eastern, and Energy work techniques to tailor each session to her client’s individual needs. Kate
    understands the effect everyday stress can have on the body and her ability to adapt the massage to
    meet a client’s goals allows Kate to effectively address particular areas of concern or provide overall
    relaxation. She is particularly skilled in Himalayan Salt Stones, Chakra Balancing, and Swedish massage.
    Additionally, Kate is certified in Reiki and has a Bachelor’s of Psychology. She is a professional member
    of the American Massage Therapy Association.

  • Chris Kalafut

    When Chris left Detroit in 2003, her heart was wide open to receive New York City’s unique energy and constant visual stimulation. A talented photographer, Chris’s sharp eye for detail and uncommon beauty landed her numerous photographic apprenticeships. Already a rising star in her art, Chris turned her eye to Hair! Her newfound passion flourished at the Aveda Institute where she developed her razor sharp skills. Chris was then chosen to refine her skills with the inimitable Nick Arrojo: A revered hairdresser, educator, and bright light in the business with exposure in the world’s best magazines and best known for his seven years as hairdressing host for TLC’s “What not to Wear.” Chris won the 2006 in-house Arrojo trend vision contest and was then promoted to be one of the top stylists at Arrojo. She was handpicked to do advanced in house Salon trainings as well as travel with Nick all over the globe to do high fashion trade shows and educational seminars. Chris loves to create looks that balance classic with edgy style, emphasizing natural texture, and easy-to-manage, effortless style. She is a visionary and truly an artist. In her 9 yrs of styling at Arrojo salon her acumen with the razor and scissor has made her an in irreplaceable stylist and friend to her clientele and a welcomed addition to the Hudson valley community.

    Shanti graduated from Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2006 and completed the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Certification from Wellness Institute in 2013. 

  • Courtney Tribble, LMT

    Courtney Tribble has been a licensed massage therapist since the Fall of 2003.  She received her education at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY, completeing 1000 hours of coursework.  Before moving to Columbia County to start a small organic farm with her husband, Courtney worked for 2 years at a day spa in Saratoga County.


    Courtney believes massage is a wonderful tool for stress relief, as it creates needed time and space for one to let go of their thoughts and move into the realm of the body.


    She practices integrative massage, interweaving slow, deeper myofascial/connective tissue therapies with circulatory-enhancing Swedish massage.  This combination lends great relief to chronically sore muscles and accumulated tension.

  • Mikayla Hurd

    After finishing 2 years of college Mikayla chose a new route and attended Aesthetic Science
    Institute to start her path to becoming a freelance makeup artist. It was there she discovered her
    passion for all things aesthetics, not just makeup artistry. Her first job out of school was at a small
    waxing studio in Saratoga Springs where she quickly became more skilled as a full body speed
    waxer. After being there for 3 years it was time to broaden her horizons in the aesthetics world.
    She moved to Charleston where she did freelance waxing, specialized facials and makeup for
    special events. Following Charleston Mikayla was happy to get back home to the northeast,
    where she almost immediately started a job with us here at Bodhi Spa.
    Though Mikayla specializes in waxing she also does a wide range of facial and body treatments
    here at Bodhi.

  • Morgan Garner, LMT

    Morgan graduated from the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in 2018, and has been providing healing massage ever since.
    Morgan says, “For me, massage is a way to guide people into deeper connection with their bodies. Our relationships with our bodies are the most important in our lives, and yet so many of us are in pain, traumatized, oppressed by patriarchy and trapped in an economy designed to keep us stressed and sick. I want to help people reconnect, embody, and live more authentic lives.”
    Focusing on a blended method incorporating deep tissue, shiatsu, and myofascial release, Morgan incorporates varied techniques with their innate ability to pattern-recognize and intuitively find sources of pain and tension, to provide relief and facilitate healing.
    Morgan lives in the Capital District with their three daughters, ages 10, 8, and 6. When not working, or teaching and playing with their daughters, Morgan is  usually hiking and connecting with nature, knitting, or reading.”

    Lisa Vincent is an experienced licensed massage therapist who has been practicing massage sense 2013. She graduated from the Hudson Valley School of Massage Therapy, completing 1050hrs of training.

    Her primary goal is to provide personal treatment plans to clients who are seeking relaxation in a serene and peaceful environment.

    She enjoys working with individuals searching to relieve muscle tension by incorporating deep pressure and trigger point therapy that focuses on locating specific pressure points in the body, relieving tension and pain allowing for the perfect combination of euphoric relaxation and deep renewal.

    She is also highly skilled in warm stone, Himalayan Salt Stone, reflexology, Swedish, and deep Swedish massage

  • Clive Tucker, L.A.c

    Clive Tucker L.Ac. has a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine from the Traditional Chinese Medical College of
    Hawaii and has been a Nationally Certified Acupuncturist since 2003. He is licensed by the NCCAOM and holds state licenses in New York, Florida and the province of Quebec, Canada. Born into a family of western medical doctors, Clive has a deep commitment to bridging traditional and alternative medicine with modern science in a truly holistic approach. Clive specializes in pain management, energy (or qi) balance, and dietary regimens by treating the body as a whole which addresses all forms of imbalance or disease.


    Acupuncture, cupping and herbal formulas are all utilized in the quest for health, well being and happiness.

    Intuitive Guide

    In her Reiki Readings, she draws on the modality of traditional energy work combined with intuitive mediumship to help review and clear blocks and traumas, channel messages, and ultimately facilitate a greater self-awareness in her clients.  With her grounded and compassionate presence, Holly creates a safe and sacred space that fosters insight and empowers her clients to discover the healing wisdom and agency that she believes resides within us all. 

  • Amnat Khuchamnan

    Amnat is a fourth generation Thai bodyworker and teacher. His family has been doing Thai massage for more than 100 years. At age seven he began apprenticing with his grandmother, Nom Khunchamnan, the only massage therapist and midwife in their village.


    At age 15, Amnat ordained as a Theravadan Buddhist monk, remaining in the temple for 16 years. During that time, Amnat learned Thai Yoga therapy and Traditional Thai medicine from Buddhist monks. He traveled extensively to teach, study, and visit significant temples in Southeast Asia. He also earned a Bachelors Degree in English and completed the course work for a Masters Degree in Buddhism at Chiang Mai University.


    After leaving the temple, Amnat continued his studies in Thai massage, Thai foot reflexology, Yoga therapy, Western body therapy, Western foot reflexology. He became certified by the Thai Ministry of Public Health as a teacher of Traditional Thai Massage. He established Khunchamnan Family Massage Classes in Chiang Mai in 2005. He has trained over 400 students from 60 countries. He currently divides his time between his two homes, Chiang Mai and the U.S.


    Amnat spends part of each year in the United States. His work with Western clients makes him uniquely qualified to teach Western students the traditional healing art of Thailand.

  • Isabella Delia, LMT

    Isabella Delia completed her 1000 hour massage therapy education at the Finger Lakes school of Massage in 2009. Shortly after she attained her NYS license and national certification in massage therapy and more recently has completed her training course in The Trager ® Approach – psychophysical integration and movement awareness education.


    Isabella is a receptive therapist offering her calming presence and intuitive touch in each session. She loves facilitating greater body awareness and helping people to find an increased sense of well being through deep, restorative sessions. Isabella is always looking to provide quality bodywork and is committed to continually expanding her knowledge of the body, the human spirit, and the field of massage and bodywork.

  • Josh Goldberg, LMT

    Josh Goldberg has been practicing massage therapy since 2015 when he began a 9 month 1000 hour licensing program at the Center for Natural wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany NY. Expressing a deep interest in discovering new ways of helping himself and others cultivate a sensation of inner peace and happiness is why Josh naturally gravitated towards a career in the healing arts. Josh strongly believes that maintaining a mindful presence and setting clear intentions for each session is imperative in facilitating a comforting space where both client and therapist may take part in the healing journey.

  • Melinda Macchiaroli, LMT, RYT Owner & Director

    After a transformational pilgrimage to India to study with HH the Dalai Lama, Melinda returned to open Bodhi Holistic Spa with the hopes of sharing the peace and healing she discovered in the eastern traditions.

    She went on to get her 500 hour Yoga teacher certification from Dharma Mittra in NYC, The certification from Goldenbridge Yoga in Prenatal Kundalini Yoga under the guidance of Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa and the teaching certificate from Sarah Powers in Yin Yoga and Mindfullness training. 

    Melinda furthered her study of Traditional Thai massage by traveling to Thailand in January ’07 to study with Thai massage master Pichet Boonthumme. She completed levels 1-4 through the Lotus Palm school of Thai massage in Montreal.  Melinda is a Reiki master and is committed to applying the concepts of energetic healing and compassion in the organization, management & growth of Bodhi Spa.

  • Danielle Morris,LMT

    Danielle graduated from The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in 2014 completing 1000 hours in course work and received her NY state massage therapy license in 2016. 


    She is a highly skilled and intuitive massage therapist who provides clients with a therapeutic touch while simultaneously giving a deeply relaxing massage. She combines swedish strokes, deep tissue techniques, rehabilitative stretches, and myofascial release to promote healing and an overall sense of well being.


    Her goal is to leave her clients feeling lighter and at ease within their bodies and minds.

    Dominick was educated at The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy. His favorite modalities include Shiatsu and Myofacial Release. The body has the ability to heal itself. We have the power to breathe and release.

    In 1983, Susan accidentally learned the power of hypnosis, when she quit eating sugar after one session with a hypnotist. Unlocking her ability to relax and change her behavior, she was hooked! Since then, she has used the power of hypnosis to quit smoking, connect to inspiration, clear past life trauma, ease headaches and heal illness.

    In 1998, she left her career as Creative Director at Grey Advertising to raise her daughter in the beautiful countryside of Columbia County. Wanting to help others as she had been helped, she became a certified Ericksonian Hypnotist at The New York Training Institute for NLP.

    Now a specialist in helping others overcome fears, anxiety, and unwanted habits, Susan helps people change patterns of a lifetime, often in just a few sessions. In 2004 she used self-hypnosis to help her recover from her own life-threatening illness: stage 3C Ovarian Cancer. She now teaches cancer patients Deep Relaxation and Healing Imagery at Berkshire Medical Cancer Center in Pittsfield MA.

    Sara graduated from The Center For Natural Wellness in 2015. Her passion is helping her clients facilitate their own healing of their mind and body. Every session is catered to what you are needing in that time and uses her intuition to create the best possible experience for the soul and body. She regularly practices Myofascial Release and Deep Tissue work along with therapeutic swedish, and is constantly continuing her education. Her ultimate goal is for you to feel safe and relaxed and walk away with what your body and spirit needed.

Late Policy: Because each of our guests is so special, if you are late arriving for your scheduled appointment, we will begin your service as soon as you arrive, but we must finish on the hour to accommodate other guests with scheduled appointments. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.


Cancellation Policy: Regarding the limited availability of appointments we require at least 12 hours notice to cancel any appointment. Late cancel appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they have been held.
