I studied at Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy located in Colonie NY and graduated in November of 2021. I am also trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and have a particular interest in working with pre and post operation clients to help alleviate the discomfort from surgery and get them closer to their desired results.

I believe that each client is unique, and I work closely with them to understand their needs and goals for each session.
One of my strengths as a massage therapist is my attention to detail. I understand that even the smallest adjustments in technique can make a big difference in the effectiveness of the massage. Whether it's adjusting the pressure or using a different positioning. I am always looking for ways to improve the quality of my clients' experience.
In addition to my technical skills, I believe that the relationship between the massage therapist and client is essential to the success of the massage. I approach each session with empathy and compassion, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space for my clients to relax.
