Laura Lee Ross
Certified Reflexologist
Laure Lee grew up in Florida barefoot and on the beach. As a young woman in New York City of course I wore the heels and did the dance and realized that I was nervous and wired beyond belief. Because I've always been open to alternative and complementary forms of healing I begin to look into modalities that not only could help me calm down but that I could share with others. She learned the healing practice of reflexology over 25 years ago studying with Lora Norman who studied directly with the nephew of
Eunice Ingram. Eunice Ingram is the mother source of nearly all the reflexology practiced today.
The training was intensive. She attended classes for over a year, was tested extensively and then interned for about a half a year. She began working at Angel Feet, one of the few salons in NYC York City to specialize in reflexology, there she worked for over two years dealing with a variety of conditions and helping people in the stressful world of Manhattan to take an hour or two out to realign and relax. She was featured in articles for self magazine in the late 90s which brought her career to a new level and she began working with people all over the world.
Reflexology has been practiced throughout the ages. There's evidence in the hieroglyphics on the tombs in Egypt. There are references in the Bible to the washing of the feet. It is a sacred practice.

Giana Carey, LMT
massage therapy, lymphatic drainage
My name is Giana and I am a licensed massage therapist. I've been practicing as a massage therapist for over a year now, and have had great success so far in the field. I studied at Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy located in Colonie NY and graduated in November of 2021. I have always been interested in the human body and how it works, and my passion for helping people led me to pursue a career in massage therapy.
During my training, I learned a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy (NMT), and myofascial release. I am also trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and have a particular interest in working with pre and post operation clients to help alleviate the discomfort from surgery and get them closer to their desired results.
My goal as a massage therapist is to create a safe, relaxing environment for my clients where they can let go of stress and tension and experience the healing benefits of massage. I believe that each client is unique, and I work closely with them to understand their needs and goals for each session.
One of my strengths as a massage therapist is my attention to detail. I understand that even the smallest adjustments in technique can make a big difference in the effectiveness of the massage. Whether it's adjusting the pressure or using a different positioning. I am always looking for ways to improve the quality of my clients' experience.
In addition to my technical skills, I believe that the relationship between the massage therapist and client is essential to the success of the massage. I approach each session with empathy and compassion, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space for my clients to relax.
As a relatively new massage therapist, I am excited to continue learning and growing in my practice. I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in massage therapy and am always looking for ways to improve my skills and knowledge.

Morgan Garner, LMT (They/Them)
massage therapy
Morgan graduated from the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in 2018, and has been providing healing massage ever since.
Morgan says, “For me, massage is a way to guide people into deeper connection with their bodies. Our relationships with our bodies are the most important in our lives, and yet so many of us are in pain, traumatized, oppressed by patriarchy and trapped in an economy designed to keep us stressed and sick. I want to help people reconnect, embody, and live more authentic lives.”
Focusing on a blended method incorporating deep tissue, shiatsu, and myofascial release, Morgan incorporates varied techniques with their innate ability to pattern-recognize and intuitively find sources of pain and tension, to provide relief and facilitate healing.
Morgan lives in the Capital District with their three daughters, ages 10, 8, and 6. When not working, or teaching and playing with their daughters, Morgan is usually hiking and connecting with nature, knitting, or reading.”

massage therapy
Lindsey loves helping all movers and shakers recover, heal, and feel confident in their bones!
She is a massage therapist, personal trainer, movement coach, and lover of fennel and felines. She found her way into this work to supplement living as a modern dancer in New York City, but it wasn't long before she hung up her "dancing shoes" to commit fully to bodywork. In the decade since, she has lifted many barbells, taught countless individuals about the psoas muscle, questioned the effectiveness of burpees, moved to Hudson, and opened her business - Reclaiming Fitness - in 2019. As a trainer, she pushes back on the restrictive norms and elitism of the fitness industry, and instead helps individuals discover an accessible and inclusive relationship to exercise. She proudly carries her values as a trainer into her massage practice - fostering radical body acceptance and access to care for all individuals in a safe and supportive environment.
