Yoga
Yoga at Bodhi is a sacred practice. Our teachers are trained to guide yoga, sound healing and meditation in a way that calms the body and mind, all while pressing into relaxation, strength, and peace. At Bodhi, we guide hatha, vinyasa and dharma yoga -- pairing poses with breathing techniques – restorative, somatics and sound healing, as well as Mat Pilates.
