Yoga at Bodhi is a sacred practice. Our teachers are trained to guide yoga and meditation in a way that calms the body and mind, all while pressing into relaxation, strength, and peace. At Bodhi, we guide hatha yoga -- pairing poses with breathing techniques – restorative and chair yoga, as well as Pilates.

We believe the benefits of yoga and movement are endless. It is our joy to bring the community an environment that is perfectly sized to accommodate a practice that feels safe and far from daunting.
