What is Wellness Coaching?

Certified Health Coach, Yoga Teacher & Reiki Practiioner

Mackenzie believes that one person's food is another persons poison, and supports her clients in finding what works best for their body through client lead coaching. A HUGE part of IIN's curriculum is the theory of 'Primary Food'. Balancing things like: Relationships, Career, Spirituality, and Physical Activity. These are things that nourish us OFF the plate. This is where Mackenzie focuses most of her attention when working with her clients.
