Susan Spiegel Solovay

hypnosis

In 1983, Susan accidentally learned the power of hypnosis, when she quit eating sugar after one session with a hypnotist. Unlocking her ability to relax and change her behavior, she was hooked! Since then, she has used the power of hypnosis to quit smoking, connect to inspiration, clear past life trauma, ease headaches and heal illness.

In 1998, she left her career as Creative Director at Grey Advertising to raise her daughter in the beautiful countryside of Columbia County. Wanting to help others as she had been helped, she became a certified Ericksonian Hypnotist at The New York Training Institute for NLP.

Now a specialist in helping others overcome fears, anxiety, and unwanted habits, Susan helps people change patterns of a lifetime, often in just a few sessions. In 2004 she used self-hypnosis to help her recover from her own life-threatening illness: stage 3C Ovarian Cancer. She now teaches cancer patients Deep Relaxation and Healing Imagery at Berkshire Medical Cancer Center in Pittsfield MA.

Remarkable things happen every day in her practice. While some people get help with pain, stress, and anxiety, others improve their confidence and performance in golf, tennis, singing, and public speaking. Still others heal past lives, release childhood traumas, and change negative thinking.
